Annual Return 2009/10

Thank you for your assistance in enabling us to perform the audit of the above for Cotgrave Town Council.  An unqualified audit opinion has been given.

Matters Arising

Certain matters arose relating to the completion of the Annual Return which, following correspondence from ourselves dated 19 August 2010 were dealt with.  Please would you bring that correspondence to the attention of the Council.

Please remember to advertise the closure of the audit and forward a copy of the closure notice to us.

Finally, we congratulate you and the Council on retaining Quality status and have pleasure in enclosing our fee note at the rate agreed with the Audit Commission.
