Since Government announced the 3rd National Lockdown on 5 January we have been reviewing our service levels
in line with customer demand. As part of this review we have been encouraged by Central Government to reduce
service levels where it is identified that there is excess supply or where services overlap.

The changes below identify where reductions can take place whilst retaining the ability for customers to adequately
socially distance on board. The changes also ensure we maintain vital key worker flows and we make sure public
transport links for vulnerable or key worker children to places of education are retained.
We continue to be grateful to our customers for following our advice and guidance on how to travel safely and in

doing so helping us protect our community. We also continue with our enhanced and robust cleaning programmes
which includes additional cleans during the day, at terminal points and within bus stations; an antibacterial fogging of every bus every evening; as well as a number of other measures all of which help keep our services COVID secure
and allow us to be here when you need us.

connect | Green route continues without change, blue route reduces to every 30 mins.
red arrow | Frequency reduced to every 20 mins, 24 hour night service suspended.
spondon flyer | Service suspended. Customers can use ilkeston flyer as an alternative where possible.
the allestree | Frequency reduced to every 15 mins, Sunday service suspended.
swift | Sunday service suspended.
